Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That a sample of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the extensions hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows or rooflights shall be constructed in the west elevation or roofslope of the extension hereby permitted other than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the garage hereby permitted shall remain as ancillary to the use of the existing dwelling and shall not be converted for residential purposes or used for any other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: In order to safeguard the character and appearance of the area in accordance with Policy G2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
