That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the development to which this permission relates shall not be exercised in addition to or in combination with any development permitted under reference P03/N0172. Accordingly this permission shall be alternative to the previous permission so that either but not both may be implemented.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
