That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the walls shall be constructed with dark stained timber boarding. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to be in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the roof of the garage/workshop shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the Behoes Cottage. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to be in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to be in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
