Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That within 1 month of the date of this permission a plan showing vision splays to the satisfaction of the highway authority shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.  Such scheme should also show the provision of planting in front of the vision splay fencing.

Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience, and to ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies T1 and G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That within 3 months from the date of this permission the fence shall be relocated in accordance with the approved vision splay position and the planting scheme implemented during the next planting season.  The approved planting shall be retained and in the event of any of the plants dying, they shall be replaced with similar plants which shall be so retained and maintained.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
