Planning Permission on 13th September 2004
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That notwithstanding any indications as to those matters which may have been given in the application, no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials and finishes for the external walls and roof. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and H12 of the Council's Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building shall not be occupied until all rooflights to the north west elevation have been obscure glazed. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the Council's Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows or rooflights shall be constructed in the north west or south east elevations of the extensions other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the Council's Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
