That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed survey of the building has been carried out by professional archaeological/building recording consultant or organisation. The survey results shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority and Oxford County Council Archaeological Services and to comply with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan. Reason: As the building is of archaeological importance and to comply with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
