That the development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, C3 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That there shall be no raising of existing ground floor levels on the site.
Reason: To prevent the increased risk of flooding due to impedance of flood flows and reduction of flood storage capacity and to comply with Policy G16 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
