That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the premises shall only be used for purposes set out in Class B1 of the Schedule of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy E6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no business use or storage shall take place on the site other than inside the existing building. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy E6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the permission shall enure only for the benefit of Philip McIntyre whilst resident at White House Farm, and shall not enure for the benefit of the land. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy E6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of foul drainage shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and shall be implemented as approved. Reason: In the interests of public health in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
