Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the coniferous trees along the front elevation shall be retained at a height of not less than 2 metres.

Reason: To safeguard the residential amenity of the residents of the property in accordance with Policy H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
