That the obscure glazed window hereby permitted in the south east elevation of the garage shall be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the building shall only be used for the parking of cars and purposes incidental to the occupation of White Lodge as a single dwellinghouse and shall not be used as a separate residential unit.
Reason: That a separate unit of residential accommodation would give rise to problems of inadequate levels of amenity, privacy and car parking space contrary to Policies G1, H4 and G11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
