Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the walls of the disabled parking bay shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, CON6, CON7 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the details shown on drawings 002, 004 and 125, the unobstructed width between the raised kerb of all the ramps that form part of this proposal shall be a minimum width of 1200 mm and not 100 mm as shown on the above mentioned drawings.
Reason: To comply with building regulations and to comply with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
