Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls, roof and the roof dormers shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, H12 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the roof of the pool shelter hereby approved shall be finished in clay tiles to match the existing house. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, H12 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the proposed means of drainage for the swimming pool should be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the commencement of development. Reason: In order to ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
