Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the work is commenced.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to be in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That details of
i) the roof detail to the glazed conservatory
ii) the brick wall facing 18 Greys Hill
iii) the gutters, downpipes, flues and vents
iv) the roof junction detail with the brick parapet wall of 22 Greys Hill shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to be in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
