Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows shall be constructed in the north west elevation of the proposed extension.
Reason: To protect the privacy of the adjoining property in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the window to the shower room in the first floor of the north west elevation hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first use of the associated accommodation.
