Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works are commenced. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies CON4, CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON4, CON5 and CON6 of the adopted SOuth Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all opening up methods, repairs and alterations shall be carried out in accordance with the details accompanying the application. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON4, CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
