Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON6 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That samples of the materials to be used for the roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON6 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no works shall take place until written approval has been given by the Local Planning Authority to a sample panel of the new stonework to be used in the works. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved sample panel details.
