That the brick to be used for the external walls of the proposed new boiler house and control building shall be finished in brick to match the existing colour and texture as those used on the existing buildings. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
