That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, for stabling, tack room, feed store and machinery store for the personal enjoyment of occupants of Westdown, Chinnor Hill and the building shall not be used for any commercial or business purposes whatsoever. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality in accordance with Policies G1, C2 and R10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
