That prior to the installation of the lighting fixture, details of the proposed illumination shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the visual amenities of the conservation area and in the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
