Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the external walls and roofs of the stable and storage building shall be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before development/works commence. Reason: To ensure that the appearance of the buildings is satisfactory and to protect the character of the area in accordance with Policies G8, R10 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the stable building hereby permitted shall be used only for the stabling of horses, for the personal enjoyment of occupants of Beechwood Farm and the building shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever. Reason: To protect the character and amenities of the area in accordance with Policies G1, C2 and R10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the change of use of land to residential curtilage hereby permitted refers only to the area of land hatched on the attached drawing no. 2059/06A Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The stable building to which this permission relates shall not be built in addition to, or in combination with, the stable block permitted under planning permission ref P01/S0259. Accordingly, this permission shall be alternative to the previous permission so that either, but not both, may be implemented. Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
