That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the development to which this permission relates shall not be exercised in addition to, or in combination with, the tennis court permitted under planning permission P01/S0330. Accordingly, this permission shall be alternative to the previous permission so that either, but not both, may be implemented. Reason: To protect the character and the area in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
