Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the air handling units hereby permitted shall not be used outside the hours of 8.00 am and 10.00 pm. Reason: To protect the amenity of residents of adjacent flats in accordance with Policies G1 and G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the noise rating level from the air handling units hereby permitted shall not exceed the background noise level at any residential premises. The rating level and the background level shall be assessed in accordance with BS 4142:1997 method for rating industrial noise affecting mixed industrial and residential areas. Reason: To protect the amenity of residents of adjacent flats in accordance with Policies G1 and G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
