That a detailed specification of the design, materials and external finishes of all windows, external doors, eaves, rainwater goods, flues and vents shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to development commencing. That the cheeks and face of the dormer windows shall be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before development commences.
