Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the external stair shall be constructed in wood and stained to match the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H12 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the granny annexe accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property, The Dairy, Moreton, as a single dwellinghouse, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
