That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the concrete tiles to be used for the roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997.

That the brick to be used for the external walls shall match that of the existing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the planning permission are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997.
