That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That notwithstanding any indications as to these matters which may have been given in the application the walls of the extension shall be made of brick and not weatherboard as indicated on the plan. No development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority details of the brick to be used for the walls and the tiles to be used for the roof.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to
comply with Policies G1, C2, H12 and CON6 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the brickwork to be used for the new walls shall be bedded and pointed with a traditional lime mortar mix.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification at a scale of 1:10 (Section and elevation) of the type, design and external finish of the windows has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the windows submitted shall be in accordance with the approved specification.

comply with Policies G1,C2 CON6 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire
Local Plan.
Notwithstanding any details of these matters that may have been given in the application the rooflight to be inserted in the roof of bedroom 1 shall be a conservation type rooflight, details of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to
comply with Policies G1,C2, H12 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire
Local Plan.
