That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the external walls shall be clad in horizontally aligned timber boarding, and details of the type of boarding and colour finish shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the plain clay tiles to be used for the external roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the buildings hereby permitted shall be used for the stabling of horses and storage for the private recreational use of the occupier of Druids End and shall not be used for any commercial or business purposes. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies G1 and R10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan .
