That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building shall be used only for purposes ancillary to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such and shall not be used as a separate unit of accommodation. Reason: The use of the building as a separate unit of accommodation would be contrary to Policy H6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
