That no works, in particular any scraping or removal of material, shall take place on the southern verge. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to any further works taking place, details of the treatment of the headwalls of the culverts shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter the culverts shall be treated as approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the passing bays shall be constructed of compacted soil and thereafter shall be so retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
