Reason: By virtue of Regulation 18 (4) of the Town and Country Planning 
               (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992.

That the proposed signage shall be non-illuminated and retained as such.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in 
                accordance with Policies G1, G8, G13, CON10 and CON13 of the 
                South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
