Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the dormer window shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in 
               accordance with Policies G8, H12 and CON10 of the South 
               Oxfordshire Local Plan.
