Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application as a cattery, by the occupiers of 4 Wallingford Road, South Stoke. Reason: That planning permission is granted having regard to the details accompanying the application and to be in accordance with Policies G1, E9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the premises shall only be open to the public between the hours of 10.00am-11.30am and 5.30pm-7.00pm daily. Reason: To protect the character of the area and in the interests of highway safety and to be in accordance with Policies G1 and E9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, prior to the first use of the building as a commercial cattery, the parking area shown on the deposited drawing shall be constructed, surfaced and laid out and shall thereafter be retained. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and convenience and to be in accordance with Policies G1 and E9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the first use of the building a scheme for the disposal of used litter shall be submitted to and be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution and to be in accordance with Policies G1 and E9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
