Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the existing trees on the land shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with BS5837 the scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of the development.
Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important in accordance with Policy C16 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
