That at the expiration of a period of 3 years from the date hereof the use of the land as a site for two mobile homes and two storage containers shall be discontinued.
Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances advanced by the applicant and in accordance with Policies C8, H14 and H19 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The residential occupation of the site shall be restricted to the mobile home marked '1' on the1:1100 plan accompanying the application and shall be limited to a person solely working, in agriculture for the cultivation of mushrooms at Little Acres Farm, Cuxham together with any resident dependant of that person.
Reason: Because the development is justifiable only on specific agricultural grounds and in accordance with Policy H14 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
