That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That a full schedule of works shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing before any works commence.
Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the Listed Building in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That a detailed method statement and specification of the insulation shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing before any works commence.
