That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That a full schedule of works shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing before any works commence. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the Listed Building in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a detailed method statement and specification of the insulation shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing before any works commence. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the Listed Building in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That full-size details of the replacement dormer windows shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That replastering shall be carried out in a traditional manner using a lime putty - hair plaster mix to match the original as closely as possible. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
