That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials and finishes for the building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, C2 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application as a garage and workshop for the personal enjoyment of occupants of 6 Bridle Path, and the building shall not be used as accommodation or used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever. Reason: To protect local amenities and to comply with Policies G1, C2 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
