Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of the colours and materials to be used for the rear canopy, the shop front sun blind, and the sun blind awning box shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to
be in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South
