Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved the existing trees shall be protected in accordance with the details set out in the aboricultural method statement submitted with the application.
Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important in accordance with
Policies G8 and C16 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the building shall be erected in all respects in accordance with the details set out in the aboricultural method statement submitted with the application. All work that has to be undertaken within the root protection area shall be supervised at all times by Simon R Jones, the author of the method statement.
Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important in accordance with
Policies G8 and C16 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
