That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the manege hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, for schooling of horses for the personal enjoyment of occupants of Greenmarsh Farm and the manege shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
