That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type and external finish of the windows and bricks for the recreation room have been submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, C3 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until details of the paving have been submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, C3 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the swimming pool water shall be discharged in accordance with details which shall have previously been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the drainage arrangements are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and G7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing a scheme of landscaping for the north east and north west boundaries to the site. Thereafter the approved landscaping scheme shall be carried out in the first planting season following the commencement of any work in connection with the development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, C3 and G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan
