Therefore the development would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G1, G8, CON10 and H12 and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second Deposit Draft), particularly policies G2, G6, CON10 and H13.
