Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That photographic records shall be made of the interior of the part of the building affected by the works before commencement of any works of stripping out, dismantling or removal and a set of colour prints, labelled and dated, shall be lodged with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the Listed Building and to be in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the historic cupboard door at first floor within the wall to the stairwell shall be retained. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historical interests and character of the building and to be in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
