That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the walls and roof of the side extension shall be of the same colour and type as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the windows of the side extension shall be of the same colour and type as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the north-east elevation of the extension. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, H12 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
