That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the roof of the porch shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1 and G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the residential character and amenities of the area and to comply with Policies G1, C2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the roof lights hereby approved shall be of a conservation type and a detailed specification of their design and external finish shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development begins. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1 and G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the shower room window in the south east elevation of the garage shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first use of the accommodation. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
