Decision
Planning Permission on 23rd March 2004
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property The Malt House as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy in accordance with Policies G1 and H11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Classes A, B and C of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no development shall be undertaken which affects the exterior of the building unless planning permission shall first have been obtained from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
