Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning 
               Act 1990.

That no development shall take place until details of the types and colours of the external finishes shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.  The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in 
               accordance with Policies H12 and C2 of the adopted South 
               Oxfordshire Local Plan.
