Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the extension shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policies G8 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire
Local Plan.
That no work shall take place on site prior to the making of a detailed recording of the outbuildings. This must be carried out by a building recording consultant or organisation in accordance with a written scheme of investigation which shall first have been submitted to and agreed by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any development.
Reason: As the outbuilding is considered to be of some historic importance in
accordance with Policy G1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
