That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the construction of the roof shall be plain clay tiles to match those of the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the timber boarding to be used for the construction of the walls shall be dark stained and so retained and maintained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, for domestic storage in connection with the use of the existing dwelling, Harpsden Gate, Harpsden Way, Henley, and shall not be adapted for living accommodation. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
