Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the stable building hereby permitted shall only be used for the stabling of horses kept for private non-commercial purposes and shall not be used for any other purposes whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the area in accordance with Policies G8, C3 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the timber to be used as an external finish to the stable buildings shall be stained a dark brown colour prior to the first use of the stables and haybarn hereby permitted. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, C3 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the extent of any new hardstanding around the stables and access shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Thereafter the hardstanding shall not be constructed other than in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In order to safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G8, C3 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
