That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the proposed building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policies G8 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire
Local Plan.
That details of the new drainage system, including proposals for disposal of the swimming pool waters (for cleaning/backwash) should be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development.
Reason: In order to ensure the satisfactory completion of the development in
accordance with Policy G7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That surface water should not drain into the 'new klargester' as stated but to soakaways.
